Balaclava recreates the famous Crimean War engagement of October 1854, including the notorious Charge of the Light Brigade, using the Musket & Saber QuickPlay system. Two players command Allied or Russian forces across a compact map where dogged stands and timely reinforcements determine who controls the battlefield. Its a quick but tense wargame that captures how close the battle came to disaster for both sides.
