Election season has come to Chicago and as an ambitious politician you must build your knowledge of the Windy City one card at a time. Each turn you either lay down a card to expand the city map or hire the assistant on the card back for their special powers and scoring abilities - but you can only do one. Shrewd resource management across both halves of each card is the key to winning enough votes.
