Ludus Latrunculorum
An ancient Roman strategy game also known as Latrunculi, where two players command armies of soldiers on an open board in a battle of wits and capture. Players try to surround enemy pieces to remove them from the board, while protecting their own troops and rescuing captured comrades. This version comes with a leather board and wooden pieces for an authentic feel.
