Take on the role of a beetle wrestler with attitude and battle for supremacy in the sumo ring using disc-pushing mechanics that create unpredictable physics-based action. Combine dexterity with strategy as you figure out how to shove your opponent out of the ring without leaving yourself open to a counterattack.

The beetle wrestlers are back on a brand new square arena for the cherry blossom season showdown! This standalone sequel to Kabuto Sumo adds notched corner pushing, fixed corner posts for tactical plays, and corner-tagging for bonus turns — all while staying compatible with almost all original characters.

A new Sumo-Beya (stable of wrestlers) joins the league, the Insect All-Stars. This diverse cast of wrestlers makes the matches even more viscous and unpredictable. The giant beetles will have to adapt to these new aggressive challengers if they want to continue to be the last one standing in the ring. This expansion adds 8 new wrestlers you may use in your games of Kabuto Sumo, each with a new signature piece. When players start a new game they may choose their wrestling persona from either the original wrestlers or any expansion wrestlers. Some of these wrestlers use multiple copies of their signature piece. When using these wrestlers all copies of their signature piece are available to be gained and used in the same game. Swarm transforms Kabuto Sumo into a multi-match tournament where you draft a team of three insects and arachnids, rotating different wrestlers into the ring each match while coordinating unique swarm moves from ringside partners for powerful combos.

An expansion for Kabuto Sumo that introduces foreign objects — ladders, chairs, coffins — into and around the sumo ring to enhance the physics-based pushing action. Each object also brings a new victory condition to the table, adding more strategy to the chaotic beetle brawl.
