Two players command a phalanx of hoplite soldiers, each represented by one of 18 identical cards laid out in a basketweave pattern on the table. Soldiers move by rotating on a corner, either attacking and removing enemies, defending against attacks, or capturing foes to fight for your side. When your opponent can make no legal move, you win the battle.
