Glorantha: The Gods War

Three cosmic monsters — Leviathan, Androgeus, and the Juggernaut — spawn once the great compromise triggers in this expansion for Glorantha: The Gods War. Leviathan and Androgeus generate victory points while never attacking, but the Leviathan travels the map eating units at turn end and Androgeus spawns units for different players, creating wild swings of fortune.

When the chaos rift opens, these monsters add true chaos to the battlefield in this expansion for Glorantha: The Gods War — the Mother of Monsters lets all players create spawnlings to send into battle, and all Chaos monsters can be activated by any player, unbalancing the game in favour of whoever holds the most power.

Four new factions — Earth, Invisible God, Sea, and Moon — each with 44 high-quality figures, faction boards, and unique special rules arrive in this major expansion for Glorantha: The Gods War. An oversized map supports up to eight players simultaneously.

Three color-coded dragons — Red, Black, and Brown — add a balancing mechanic to The Gods War, where the player with the lowest power each council phase gains control of one of these forces to drain enemies of power, victory points, or generate runes. Works with 3-8 players.
