A legendary sea beast stirs beneath the burning pirate ship — the Kraken has arrived, and no amount of fire or gold will drive it off. This expansion introduces the Kraken as a roaming threat that batters the ship and devours anything in its path, giving the crew one more terrifying obstacle to outrun on their way to the treasure.

Seven detailed 28mm plastic miniatures bring the pirates from the Dead Men Tell No Tales base game to three-dimensional life on the burning ship. A purely cosmetic add-on that replaces the flat standees with sculpted figures.
